These terms apply to every order placed on this website. You must tick the box at checkout to confirm you have read and agree to them before you can pay. We keep a record of the date, time and version of the terms you agreed to with your order.

Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer under the South African law. Where these terms are stricter than the law allows, the law wins for that point only.

OUR PRODUCTS

• The Headbuds Pro 3, i18 Android Phone and Smart Watch Ultra 3 are independent brands. They are not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or any other brand mentioned for compatibility.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours, packaging and accessories can differ slightly from the pictures.
• Products are sold for personal use. If you buy to resell or for any other business purpose, you are a business customer: the 14-day change-of-mind right in section 6 does not apply to you, and any return is entirely at our discretion.
